SanDisk 32GB CF Card
|
| Review Date: June 28, 2009 |

| This card is great, I know some folks prefer smaller cards and change them hoping to keep some pictures if a card goes bad. I prefer to limit the removal of the card from the camera and fill it up and download all at once. So far I have not had a card go bad! With the Canon 5D MarkII in raw mode I can store 1156 photo before the card is full (give or take a little based on the image sizes). So far it is working great and for a short time there is a rebate on the card, if you have friends and buy the 3 pack the rebate is even better (this is the first time I can remember the rebate being this good). |
More storage than any semi-pro will ever need

I got this 32gb compact flash card just before going on a two week vacation. I captured over 1400 photos at 12meg resolution and had not even used a 1/3 of my storage capacity. There was no slowdown in camera transfer speed and loading the contents into my computer was a breeze. My problem now is having enough batteries charged.
I knew I was taking a chance with this size storage device, but I've used SanDisk for years and never had one of there products fail. If you want to insure you will not run out of storage space, then this is the card for you.

Fast even for RAW Images via a Nikon D300

This is one of several SanDisk Extreme cards I have purchased over the years.
The card works great and gives me upwards of 3,000 Fine quality large JPEG files and over 1,500 Camera RAW files and they move quick on shoots and even with downloading I feel they transfer quickly.
As for cost it is not cheap but at the same rate if you do allot of photographing or shoot in RAW format this is a great card as it gives you the space to shoot yourself silly without running out of space. I always have backup cards with me too.
It quickyl formats in your device as well and very easy to do.
I recommend it for folks who need space and who want quick movement btwn shots and for file transfers. |

| This was perfect for the HP Pocket PC that I use. I have put my entire MP3 collection on it and have plenty of room more for future MP3. The speed of this flash card makes it perfect for MP3 useage. |
Perfect iPod mini upgrade

| I bought this CF card to upgrade the 6GB hard disk in my iPod mini, and since I replaced the battery at the same time, I don't know how much of an improvement there is with play time. I have about 3200 songs on it and it's only half full! |
