A great addition to my Hp mini 1000. I purchased it so that I would not use up all my SSD memory on the Mini(only 16GB). A great way also to have massive external storage with low energy requirements.

For the current price of $75 (Sept 2008), this is a particularly good solution if you have need of a high-capacity thumb drive. It comes complete with a full suite of software including file password encryption. Package contains both a lanyard and a male/female USB cable.

What are my complaints? The drive is a little large, but the smooth plastic surface means if fits well in the pocket. The USB cable will resolve any problems you may have when plugging the drive into the computer. So far, I've had no issues that required the cable. The cap feels like cheap plastic and I suspect it will be lost in short order. Otherwise, I like the drive.

I also see that Transcend has a Transcend TS64GJFV20 64GB JetFlash V20 Drive (White/Aqua), so if you need an even higher capacity drive, it is available!

A little thick, but works great

I've got mine loaded with multiple partitions in various formats, Mac & Win. It's a little thick meaning it might not work in a really tight USB space - like I'm not sure I could get two right next to each other behind a Mac Mini. But I love this drive - it's one of the few I don't lose!
average look, faster drive, couldnt format as NTFS

This drive is very fast - However the look and plastic case is very cheap material - Looks like a dollar store item
I couldnt format to NTFS - it only worked as FAT32
